CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note our cancellation policy. We require a credit card for all bookings. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment without rescheduling or cancelling within the 4 hour cancellation window. If you miss your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late you will be required to pay for your missed service(s). 

 

Please give yourself a few extra minutes to find parking and arrive on time. 

 

If you are no longer able to make your appointment, please click the cancel/reschedule link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. You may do so up to 4 hours before your appointment without incurring any fees.
